We accept grievances from all stakeholder and covering any environmental, social, or governance risks, including the following supply chain risks:
Serious human rights abuses
Support to non-state armed groups
Risks involving security forces
Bribery or fraudulent material origin
Money laundering
Non-payment of taxes, royalties or fees due to governments.
All reports will be investigated thoroughly and handled as appropriate, in line with our Due Diligence SOP, with a guarantee of no retaliation.
